If you would like to take advantage of this offer, here's what you do:
1) Place an order for a DEC Laser Vision Correction Discount card.
2) When you receive your card, call a Dakota Eye Care primary eye doctor in a city near you and explain that you would like to make an appointment for the preliminary work-up for laser vision correction.
3) After this visit, your primary eye doctor will schedule an appointment with the DEC laser surgeon of your choice.
4) After the surgery, you will be scheduled back to the primary eye doctor for follow-up exams.
